Client Rights and Responsibilities

All clients have the right to:

  • Receive information about their rights and responsibilities in writing, during initial contact, and in their preferred language.

  • Be informed of the organization's hours of operation, rules, behavioral expectations, and conditions that may result in discharge.

  • Receive services that are non-discriminatory, respectful of cultural and linguistic diversity, and inclusive of religious or spiritual expression.

  • Participate in decisions regarding their services, including being informed of the benefits, risks, alternatives, and side effects.

  • Provide informed consent prior to services and to refuse treatment, unless mandated by law or court order.

  • Receive services in the least restrictive or intrusive environment available.

  • Lodge complaints, grievances, or appeals and receive assistance with doing so.

 

Ethical and Equitable Treatment

Week4You LLC ensures all services are delivered in a manner that is:

  • Fair and consistent, including the enforcement of program rules.

  • Respectful and responsive to each person’s language, culture, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, developmental level, and military status.

  • Free of discrimination, harassment, coercion, or exploitation.
